This policy explains how subscription cancellation works for Neoly AI.

Scope

This cancellation policy applies to Neoly AI software subscriptions. It does not apply to one-time top-up credit purchases.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Your existing access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial usage of a billing cycle, except where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy.

Monthly plans continue until the current monthly period ends.
Annual plans continue until the current annual period ends.
Renewals are prevented only if cancellation happens before the next renewal timestamp.

Subscription benefits and included credits are governed by your current plan terms until the billing period ends.
Unused access or credits do not convert into cash value.

Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
