Neoly is currently operated under the name Neoly AI.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Top-up credits are non-refundable.
- Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds for concerns related to screen-sharing detection behavior.
- We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction based only on model speed or solution generation latency.
- We do not provide refunds for Windows 10 devices because full support for Windows 10 is not guaranteed.
Subscription Refund Eligibility
A subscription refund may be considered only when all of the following are true:
- The request is made within 24 hours of subscription purchase.
- You provide video evidence showing the software is not working on your computer.
- The issue is reproducible on a supported setup and is not resolved through basic troubleshooting.
How to Request a Refund

- purchase details
- reason for refund request
- video evidence of the software issue
Timelines
- We respond to refund requests within 48 hours.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
