1. Operator

Neoly is currently operated under the name Neoly AI. If registration details change, this page will be updated.

2. Service Scope

Neoly provides desktop software and related services that connect you to third-party AI and payment providers. Service quality may depend on those providers.

3. Account and User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• keep your login credentials secure
• provide accurate account and billing information
• use Neoly in compliance with applicable laws
• verify important outputs before relying on them

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Neoly to:

• perform illegal, deceptive, or abusive activity
• bypass payment or credit controls
• reverse engineer or redistribute Neoly software without permission
• interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the service

5. Credits, Billing, and Purchases

• subscriptions include credits for a billing period
• top-up credits are separate one-time purchases
• subscription credits may expire at period end based on your plan
• top-up credits are non-refundable
• used credits are non-refundable

6. Cancellation

• you can cancel your subscription at any time
• cancellation prevents future renewals
• access continues until the end of your current paid period

7. Refunds

Refunds are limited and handled under strict conditions:

• subscription refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
• request must include video evidence showing that the software is not working on your computer
• no refund is available for screen-sharing detection-related concerns
• no refund is available for model slowness or generation latency concerns
• no refunds are available for Windows 10 systems because full support is not guaranteed
• no refunds are available for top-up credits or credits already consumed

8. Third-Party Services

Neoly relies on third-party AI and payment providers. Their terms, uptime, and policy changes may affect your use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

• Neoly software, branding, and platform content are owned by Neoly AI
• you retain ownership of your own input content, subject to applicable third-party provider terms

10. Disclaimer and Liability Limit

Neoly is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neoly AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
