Credits
Credits are Neoly's currency for AI interactions. Each AI request consumes credits based on the model used.
How Credits Work
- Send a message to AI
- Model multiplier is applied
- Credits deducted from balance
- Response generated
Credit Costs

Credit Types
Subscription Credits
- Granted monthly with your plan
- Refresh on renewal date
- Do NOT roll over
Top-up Credits
- Purchased separately
- Never expire
- Used after subscription credits
Usage Order
1. Subscription credits (expire monthly)
2. Top-up credits (never expire)Checking Balance
- Open Settings
- Go to "Plan Info" tab
- See total credits remaining
- Click "View Breakdown" for details
Credit Refresh
Subscription credits refresh on your billing date:

| 30 credits | 100 credits* |
*Based on plan (Basic = 100, Plus = 250, Pro = 500)
Note: Unused subscription credits do not carry over.
Low Credit Warnings
Neoly warns you when:
- Credits fall below 10
- Subscription ending soon
- Insufficient for request
Running Out
When credits are depleted:
- AI requests will fail
- Error: "INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS"
- Options: Upgrade plan or buy top-up
Tips
- Monitor balance before important sessions
- Use cheaper models for simple questions
- Buy top-ups for peace of mind
- Check usage patterns to choose right plan
