Subscription Management
Manage your Neoly subscription from the Settings panel.
Viewing Your Subscription
- Open Settings (gear icon)
- Go to "Plan Info" tab
- View your current plan details
Information Displayed

| Current Plan | Trial, Basic, Plus, or Pro |
| Credits Remaining | Total available credits |
| Renewal Date | When credits refresh |
| Days Remaining | Until next billing cycle |
Upgrading Your Plan
Steps to Upgrade
- Open Settings
- Go to "Plan Info" tab
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment via Dodo Payments
What Happens on Upgrade
| Change | Effect |

| Model access | Immediate |
| New credits | Added immediately |
| Billing | Pro-rated for current period |
Downgrading Your Plan
Steps to Downgrade
- Open Settings
- Go to "Plan Info" tab
- Click "Manage"
- Select "Change Plan"
- Choose lower tier
What Happens on Downgrade
| Change | Effect |
|---|---|
| Current access | Continues until period end |
| New plan | Activates at next billing cycle |
| Premium models | Lost when new plan activates |
Canceling Subscription
Steps to Cancel
- Open Settings
- Go to "Plan Info" tab
- Click "Manage"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation
- Access continues until period end
- No further charges
- Can resubscribe anytime
- Top-up credits remain available

Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Plan Info
- Click "Manage"
- Select "Update Payment"
- Enter new payment details

How It Works
- Subscriptions renew monthly
- Same date each month
- Credits refresh on renewal
- Automatic payment processing
Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- You will be notified via email
- Retry attempts are made
- Update payment method if needed
- Service may pause if unresolved
FAQ
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes, upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect next cycle.
Do credits roll over?
No, subscription credits reset on renewal. Top-up credits never expire.
Can I pause my subscription?
Not currently. You can cancel and resubscribe later.
How do I get a receipt?
Receipts are sent to your email after each payment.
