Quick Checks

  1. Is microphone connected?
  2. Is mic permission granted?
  3. Is correct device selected?
  4. Is microphone unmuted?

Windows Microphone Permission

Grant Permission

  1. Open Windows Settings
  2. Go to Privacy > Microphone
  3. Enable "Microphone access"
  4. Ensure Neoly has permission

Selecting Audio Input

  1. Open Neoly Settings
  2. Go to Audio settings
  3. Select your microphone
  4. Test by speaking

Common Issues

Recording Not Starting

  4. Press again to stop
