Firewall Configuration

Windows Firewall

  1. Open Windows Security
  2. Click "Firewall & network protection"
  3. Click "Allow an app through firewall"
  4. Find Neoly and enable both Private/Public

VPN Issues

VPNs can cause problems:

  1. Disable VPN temporarily for live sessions
  2. Split tunneling - exclude Neoly from VPN
  3. Try different server if VPN required

Corporate Networks

On company networks:

  1. Ask IT to whitelist Neoly
  2. Use mobile hotspot as backup
  3. Test before an important session

During a Live Session

Prepare

  • Have mobile hotspot ready
  • Test connection beforehand
  • Keep Neoly open early

If Connection Fails

  1. Switch to mobile hotspot
  2. Neoly reconnects automatically
  3. Continue your session normally

Testing Connection

  1. Open Neoly
  2. Send simple message: "Hello"
  3. If AI responds, connection works
